How we handle personal data on this website and inside client engagements.

Who we are. NextGen is a revenue infrastructure company operating across Europe, the UK, the US and MENA. The controller for personal data collected on this website is NextGen, contactable at luke@nextgenoutreach.io.

What we collect on this site. When you book a call or send a message, we collect the details you submit — typically name, work email, company and the content of your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why. To respond to your enquiry, arrange calls, and — if you become a client — to deliver the engagement. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inbound business enquiries, or the performance of a contract with you.

How long. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up (typically up to 24 months), or longer where a client relationship starts and record-keeping obligations apply.

Sub-processors. We use standard business tooling to operate — including calendaring, email and CRM providers. Sub-processor details for active client engagements are provided on request.

Client engagement data. Where NextGen acts as a processor for a client (working inside their CRM and email infrastructure), the client is the data controller. Handling is governed by our services agreement and, where required, a Data Processing Addendum.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data. Contact luke@nextgenoutreach.io and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Updates. We will update this page when our practices change. This version is current as of the year shown in the footer.
