Terms of use for this website. Client services are governed by a separate signed agreement.
The website. This site describes NextGen's services. Content is provided in good faith but does not form a contract or a promise of specific results.
Services. All NextGen engagements — SDR teams, Account Executives, fractional sales leadership, AI agents, email infrastructure and market expansion — are governed by a signed services agreement between NextGen and the client. Any pipeline or performance commitments are agreed inside that agreement and reflect the specific engagement.
Intellectual property. The NextGen name, wordmark, monogram, site design and copy are property of NextGen. Client logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
Third parties. Where the site references third-party products (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn, Slack and others), those names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe integration and tooling.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, NextGen accepts no liability for reliance placed on the marketing content of this site outside a signed engagement.
